Documenting the decade-long journey of a video game studio

Gunfire Games is the evolution of scrappy start-up to critical darling within the video game industry. With it’s founders starting their careers as Vigil Games in 2005, together they released the start of what would become a beloved franchise well into the future: Darksiders

When Vigil Games was shuddered due to financial complications, Gunfire Games was created and ventured forward on their own by making new titles in the VR space. Eventually, they returned to the Darksiders franchise with Darksiders III, which launched to great success.

To tell their story properly, production of a feature-length documentary began, which highlighted key studio members throughout the years and showcased the dedication, hard work, and love that Gunfire Games has for it’s franchises and fanbase.
